Researching paper as a material and its different
applications for design and objects.
Paper can be a fragile material to work with, but it can also be very strong.
A good example is the Japanese shoji screen. This architectural feature is made of thick washi paper, known for its very long fibres, giving the paper strength and durability. Translucence and strength of paper are something we look for in our art studio.
We are researching paper as a material in developing applications for utilitarian objects.
Precision and quality are what we strive for in every project.
